Goat is a common meat in the Mediterranean world, but not much a part of American cuisine. I wanted to try to cook some as an experiment, and courtesy of Jerusalem Market in Ann Arbor north side, I was able to buy some goat meat, 1.25 lbs, for 5 dollars. The weather warming up now, I decided to grill it outside on the bbq. A great lean meat! I am not a big cooker but every once in awhile I like to cook an extravagent meal.
